Job Description

Join Big Yellow as an Assistant Store Manager and be the face of the business, providing exceptional customer service, promoting products, and supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service in person, via email, or phone
Maximize sales opportunities by promoting products and services
Negotiate day-to-day operations confidently
Maintain site cleanliness and health & safety standards
Assist in local marketing and recruitment
Handle general administration tasks and database maintenance
Key holder responsibilities including store opening and closing
Coach and develop sales advisors

Qualifications

Management experience with a lead by example attitude
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team or individually
Enthusiastic, consistent, and flexible approach to work
Desire to learn and improve skills
