Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding service to consumers using our C.H.A.R.M. service model
Establish and nurture relationships with consumers, team members, and the community
Lead the store team in meeting and exceeding performance metrics
Coordinate, delegate, prioritize, and meet store deadlines
Contribute to creating an enjoyable team environment
Learn and assist in various departments within the store
Support team members in daily retail operations
Adhere to company's Asset Protection policies and procedures

Qualifications

2-3 years of total retail experience
Proven leadership skills
Strong communication skills in local language and English
Flexibility in work schedule
Passion for retail and sales
Attention to detail and efficiency
Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
Commitment to representing Crocs as a brand ambassador
