Job Description

The Care Home Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a 12-resident care home in Manchester, ensuring high-quality care, compliance with regulations, and a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Ensure high quality care is provided in line with CQC standards
Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations
Manage and support a team of carers
Build strong relationships with residents and families
Maintain accurate care records

Qualifications

1-2 years experience in a Care Home Manager role
NVQ Level 3 or 5 in Health & Social Care preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Right to work in the UK
