Job Description

Excell Supply is recruiting for an Outdoor Education provider in Peterborough that offers a wide range of outdoor adventure experiences. We are looking for a motivated Center Manager to lead the Sports Center and drive its development.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the on-site team for high-quality outdoor adventure sessions
Oversee the development and growth of the Sports Centre
Contribute to expansion plans and new developments
Assist in staff training and recruitment
Manage activity safety documentation and site-specific safety procedures
Oversee the maintenance of buildings, land, and equipment

Qualifications

Experience in outdoor education at a senior level
Recognised qualifications and experience in outdoor adventure sports
Outdoor First Aid Qualification (minimum 16 hours)
Full UK driving license
Proven management experience in a similar role
