Job Description

Join our Customer Service team at the Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool. Provide solutions to customer queries via various channels in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Answer and respond to customer queries via live chat, phone, and email.
Make follow-up outbound calls to customers.
Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to resolve queries.
Attend meetings to stay updated with business news.
Represent the brand positively when engaging with customers.

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience.
Experience with Live Chat and customer support ticketing systems beneficial.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Confident with conflict resolution.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
