Lead and manage a team of Sourcers and Recruiters.
Design and execute strategic staffing initiatives in partnership with Revenue leadership and HR Business Partners to ensure KPIs are met.
Serve as a full lifecycle Recruiter on critical openings.
Identify & implement creative recruiting and sourcing strategies to consistently attract top talent to Deel.
Ensure talent acquisition processes and procedures are designed, communicated, and consistently implemented across the organization.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure a continuous pipeline of top talent.
8+ years of experience recruiting for multiple disciplines.
2+ years leading people within a Talent Acquisition function.
Prior experience developing and leading strategic staffing initiatives.
High tech and/or startup experience.
Strong experience with data and KPIs.
Creative thinker that can also be the tactical implementer of new programs.
Ability to handle ambiguity and a fast paced environment.
Highly accountable with a 'can do' attitude.
Proficient at developing strong relationships with business leaders and HR Business Partners.
