Join Funding Circle as a Customer Operations Team Leader and be part of a team that supports small businesses in getting the funding they need. Lead, coach, and motivate direct reports while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Managing all aspects of workflow for Customer Operations including resource allocation, coaching, and developing direct reports. Building relationships internally and externally, providing feedback, and identifying process improvements.
1-2 years prior Team Leadership Experience in a volume-driven operational role within Fintech or Payments. Ability to thrive in a data-driven high volume KPI environment. Strong interpersonal skills, quick learner, and ideally experience in financial services sector.
