Job Description

Dove & Hawk is partnering with a high-end residential Property Management firm in Central London to hire a full-time, permanent Relief Porter/Concierge. This role involves providing holiday and absence cover across the Prime Central London portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting residents and their guests on arrival.
  • Attending to residents and visitors' needs and wants.
  • Assisting with daily administration and record-keeping.
  • Maintaining security measures at the property.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years' experience as a Residential Concierge or in Hospitality.
  • Flexibility to cover 35 hours per week.
  • Passion for Customer Service.
  • Excellent communication skills.
