Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Senior CRM and Loyalty Manager to join a retail brand on a 12-month maternity contract. Hybrid role based in Brighton office 2 days per week, 3 days from home.

Responsibilities

Set the strategy for the trade campaign programme across email, SMS & Direct Mail
Deliver the current Loyalty Programme to a new technology platform
Work on increasing customer revenue, satisfaction, and retention through trade and trigger communications
Collaborate with IT, Digital, eCommerce, and retail teams to drive incremental revenue and Customer Lifetime Value
Lead team management to ensure revenue targets are met

Qualifications

Previous experience in a Senior CRM or Loyalty Manager position in retail or beauty brand
Experience creating Loyalty and CRM strategies
Leadership experience managing CRM or loyalty teams
Experience with Klaviyo or similar CRM platform is a plus
