Job Description

Join Capri Holdings EMEA as a Receptionist & Office Coordinator in the Store Design and Construction department. You will be responsible for managing front of house duties, corporate vendor control, office supplies, meeting room bookings, maintenance audits, and more.

Responsibilities

Manage front of house/reception duties, control corporate vendors, handle office supplies, manage meeting rooms, establish postal routines, manage maintenance and cleaning audits, assist retail FM team, coordinate with helpdesk team, manage invoice approvals, assist with office moves, escalate maintenance/building issues.

Qualifications

Good verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English and Italian, ability to work under pressure, good IT skills, excellent telephone manner, multi-tasking abilities, initiative to improve working environment, knowledge of French and German.
