Job Description

Join Prospect Hospice as a Retail Administrator to provide vital administrative support to our retail team, managing processes like Gift Aid administration, EPOS system maintenance, and cash handling for our 18 charity shops.

Responsibilities

  • Administering Gift Aid processes and notifications
  • Reconciling weekly shop income via EPOS systems
  • Coordinating shop consumables, mail, and promotional materials
  • Supporting shop managers and retail leadership with day-to-day administration
  • Overseeing maintenance for vehicles and shop equipment

Qualifications

  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and EPOS systems
  • Knowledge of Gift Aid processes
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities
  • Experience in a retail or busy office environment
  • Flexible, organised, and committed to making everyday count
