Lead and manage a team of 7 IFT Therapists to provide home and community-based intervention for children and young people aged 9-17 at risk of out-of-home placement.
- Supervise and support the team of IFT Therapists
- Manage complex cases working intensively and flexibly with families
- Deliver appropriate IFT interventions utilizing the IFT model
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject
- Professional qualification in social work, psychology, or mental health nursing preferred
- Significant experience working behaviorally and/or therapeutically with young people
