Job Description

Recorded Future is seeking a Principal People Partner to support the EMEA and APJ Go-To-Market organization, primarily Sales. This role involves advising, coaching, and executing strategies across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Deliver people strategies to support business growth and effectiveness
Advise on organisational design, scaling, succession planning, and engagement
Coaching managers and building their capability
Operational excellence from onboarding to offboarding
Support talent programs in partnership with global Centres of Excellence
Address challenges like attrition, leadership development, and regional dynamics
Manage employee relations matters with sound judgement
Build cross-functional relationships for alignment and collaboration

Qualifications

8+ years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner
Experience supporting multiple geographies
Success partnering with Sales or Go-To-Market functions
Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership
Excellent communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
