Job Description

As a Workplace Experience Lead at ISS, you will be responsible for curating a workplace environment that enhances well-being, boosts productivity, and fosters a strong company culture.

Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for customers and represent the client.
Build strong relationships with colleagues and anticipate customer needs.
Lead the creation of an exceptional customer and workplace experience.
Ensure awareness of emergency contacts and procedures on-site.
Direct the front-of-house team to maintain excellence for customers and visitors.

Qualifications

First Aid trained (EFAW minimum), training provided.
IOSH certification (training provided).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Proficient in multiple digital communication platforms.
Experience in high-profile environments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a confidential environment.
Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
Prior experience in Soft Services or Operations.
