Join Fair Ways as a Deputy Manager in our residential children's home in Portchester. Help create a positive environment and support children transitioning into adulthood.

Responsibilities

Manage and adhere to Ofsted frameworks and Fair Ways Policies
Support and develop team members through supervision and appraisals
Maintain safe and respectful relationships with children
Deliver trauma-informed responses during crisis situations
Promote positive lifestyle choices and maintain a safe environment
Manage child protection issues effectively

Qualifications

Minimum Level 3 in residential childcare
Experience with children and/or young people
Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding
