Responsibilities

Lead a team of care staff
Training, supervisions, and delegating duties on shift
Administering and ordering medication
Reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessment
Liaising with GP's, district nursing teams, and resident family members

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
Previous experience in a residential care setting
Proven team leadership skills
