Job Description

Join Tesco as a Shift Leader at the Dunmurry Superstore. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating the store team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

Work in a fast-paced retail environment, coordinating the team to ensure a well-stocked store
Provide excellent customer service and look for ways to improve service
Guide and support colleagues in-store, maintaining a safe working and shopping environment
Assist managers in improving store performance and operations

Qualifications

18 years or older
