Job Description

Join NIKE as a Floor Manager (Coach) at our Birmingham Outlet Solihull location. As a Coach, you will lead, coach, and motivate employees, manage daily business operations, and ensure the store complies with NIKE standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional consumer service and brand experience
Lead, coach, and motivate department employees
Manage daily business operations to reach sales targets
Identify and improve areas based on consumer feedback
Be a brand ambassador for NIKE initiatives
Ensure store compliance with all NIKE standards
Cooperate with business partners across stores and HQ

Qualifications

Passion for NIKE and/or love of sport
Experience in retail and/or leadership positions
Good command of English language
Experience in exceptional consumer service
Ability to coach and develop a strong team
Strong communication skills
Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends
