Job Description

Join our team at NIKE Bicester as a full-time Retail Assistant (Athlete) to provide exceptional service and deliver a premium brand experience to our consumers.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional consumer service and product knowledge
Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees
Support various store departments and recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets
Utilize knowledge of digital devices to bridge online and offline sales/services
Inform consumers and teammates about NIKE products and services
Improve knowledge through training courses to stay updated on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture

Qualifications

Customer service and/or retail experience preferred
Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate
Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques
Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours
Relocation not available for this position
