Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers, drive product adoption, negotiate renewal agreements, create customer business reviews, manage relationships and escalations, drive seamless customer experience, lead special projects, participate in cross-functional reviews, train and mentor talent.
Bachelor’s Degree, experience as a CSA/CSM, ability to communicate effectively, manage change, work proactively, and travel up to 20%. Preferred qualifications include working knowledge with reporting and analytics solutions.
Organised and self-motivated, knowledge of financial services, banking or accounting concepts, strong communication skills, readiness to contribute to discussions, and steer the team towards improvement.
