Job Description

The Operations Manager will play a central role in guiding and supporting the operational and strategic objectives of our organization. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational skills and a strategic mindset to manage key projects and initiatives, including cross-functional projects and long-term growth efforts.

Responsibilities

Identify, analyze, and streamline inefficiencies in cross-functional workflows
Lead the end-to-end process of operationalizing the UK entity
Lead and oversee internal/external audits to ensure compliance
Lead project coordination for the internal ERP migration

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business/Management (advanced degree preferred)
3+ years in a similar role
Proficient in cross-functional management and operational tools
Proven ability to drive operational efficiency through process optimization
