Job Description

The People Team Administrator plays a key role in providing administrative support to the People Team with various tasks related to employee records, recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee inquiries.

Responsibilities

General management of the People Team Inbox, assistance with meeting and event coordination, HR tasks such as setting up files for new joiners, preparing employment contracts, managing employee personal files, and more.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with HR software and Learning Management Systems, problem-solving abilities, time management skills, customer service orientation, adaptability.
