Job Description

Join our team in Carlisle as a Team Leader for a therapeutic residential care and education program for boys aged 6-18.

Responsibilities

Provide support and advice for staff
Manage daily team operations
Supervise individuals and key workers
Develop programs to improve children's progress
Work with young people in a caring and nurturing manner

Qualifications

Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills
DBS check at enhanced level
Experience in related fields advantageous
