Join our team as a Residential Deputy Manager at our well-established therapeutic residential care and education home for boys aged 6-18 in Carlisle.

Responsibilities

Ensure the Statement of Purpose meets the needs of young people
Develop effective communication strategies for the team
Manage and develop quality direct services to young people
Implement policies and procedures
Identify and meet staff training needs

Qualifications

Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to learn and work in a team
DBS check required
Experience in related fields advantageous
