Join Costa Coffee as a Night Team Leader (Barista Maestro) at Carlisle Gateway RP DT. Lead a small night team, create smooth shifts, train new Baristas, and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

Create smooth shifts even in busy periods
Train and accredit new Baristas
Stir up success for yourself and your team
Craft new recipes to energize your team
Keep standards high, from excellent espressos to monthly coffee excellence scores
Lead a small night team of yourself and one other

Qualifications

Must be an example setter and someone trustworthy
Strong leadership skills and willingness to take on new responsibilities
Ability to turn knowledge into innovative ideas
