  • Uphold security policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of Service Desk experience supporting 700+ employees
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and virtualisation technologies
  • Experience with video conferencing software
  • ITIL Foundation Certification preferred
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Basic networking and hardware configuration knowledge
