Job Description

Join Beaumont Hospital as a Sister - Charge Nurse in the Outpatients department on a 12-month fixed term contract. Provide hands-on clinical care, coordinate daily clinical activity, supervise staff, and support professional development.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on clinical care and support for complex patients.
Coordinate daily clinical activity and ensure safe staffing levels.
Allocate and supervise staff during shifts.
Support the development and competency assessment of junior staff.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Promote compliance with infection prevention and clinical governance priorities.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
Significant post-registration experience in an acute or relevant specialty.
Experience in leading and supervising a clinical team.
Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
Commitment to high standards of patient care.
