Job Description

Bayleaf FM is seeking a Key Account Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations for luxury retail clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading high-performing teams in Facilities Management across various sectors.

Responsibilities

Regularly meet with clients to review service provisions
Review costs and ensure budgets remain on target
Manage service delivery and improve efficiency
Develop and motivate direct reports and teams

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
Experience in High End Retail cleaning management
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of HR policies and Health & Safety regulations
