Job Description

Doodle Products, an online retailer with over 20 years of trading, is seeking an experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in online customer service and e-commerce.

Responsibilities

  • Dealing with customer queries primarily by email
  • Contacting courier companies by telephone
  • Printing despatch/shipping labels daily
  • Processing customer returns

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in online customer service
  • Experience selling through online marketplaces like Amazon, Wayfair, and eBay
  • Good IT skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Stock control and warehouse experience
