Job Description

The Customer Experience Manager at London City Airport is responsible for overseeing the customer journey, managing the Customer Service Team, Airport Administration Team, and the Assisted Travel programme.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure world-class customer service throughout the airport
  • Lead and manage Customer Service and Airport Administration teams
  • Comply with CAA targets and regulations for passengers with reduced mobility
  • Manage compliments, complaints, and airport inquiries
  • Plan and coordinate customer events

Qualifications

  • Educated to A level or equivalent experience
  • Experience in customer service delivery and leadership
  • Knowledge of Customer Operations/CAA regulation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
