Job Description

Co-op Live is seeking an experienced Premium Service Manager to oversee premium ticket inventory and ensure exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor premium ticket inventory to maximize sell-through and occupancy.
  • Act as primary liaison with key internal and external ticketing stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely ticketing communications and event updates to premium clients.
  • Facilitate event day delivery and maintain highest standards of service.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of ticket inventory management and sales processes.
  • Experience with CRM systems and ticketing platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in live entertainment, sports, or hospitality industry.
