Co-op Live is seeking an experienced Premium Service Manager to oversee premium ticket inventory and ensure exceptional client experiences. This role involves maximizing revenue opportunities, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring seamless execution at premium events.
Manage and monitor premium ticket inventory to maximize sell-through and occupancy.
Serve as the primary liaison with key ticketing stakeholders.
Ensure timely ticketing communications and event updates to premium clients.
Facilitate event day delivery and maintain high standards of service.
Strong understanding of ticket inventory management and sales processes.
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships effectively.
Experience in the live entertainment, sports, or hospitality industry.
