Job Description

Join Moody's as a Contract Specialist in the Sales & Marketing department. The Contract Specialist will manage the contracting process from start to finish, working closely with internal stakeholders and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end contract process for renewals and new business
Participate in pipeline review sessions with sales team
Independently draft sales contracts
Maintain accurate client data
Facilitate changes requested by Sales or Client
Lead collaboration with Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of contract-related experience
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong teamwork and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Fluency in English, other European languages a plus
