Job Description

Join our team as a Retail Development Coach to lead the rollout of an Operational Excellence Program across stores in South London and the Southeast.

Responsibilities

Improve customer service, brand standards, store compliance, and food safety
Coach store teams to deliver a consistent, superior customer experience

Qualifications

Proven background in FMCG, preferably convenience retail sector
Experience managing multiple store locations
Strong coaching and influencing skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Competency with Microsoft Office applications
Full, clean driving licence
Level 3 Food Safety Certification (advantageous)
