Responsibilities

  • Advise management on employee relations issues
  • Be the primary point of contact for employee inquiries
  • Investigate employee complaints and conflicts
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Develop workplace behavior, conflict resolution, and compliance training programs
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Maintain records of employee relations cases
  • Collaborate with management on employee wellbeing initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in employee relations or HR
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Certification in HR is a plus
