Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Junior CRM Loyalty Executive in luxury fashion to drive customer retention and rewards programs in a global luxury fashion brand.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Loyalty Manager and Loyalty Executive in developing customer retention initiatives.
  • Execute and optimize loyalty reward campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Manage promotional tools and discount promotions across luxury stores.
  • Conduct data analysis on gift vouchers, store credit, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver targeted CRM strategies.
  • Manage offline gifting and ad hoc events.

Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury fashion, e-commerce, or CRM loyalty programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of email marketing processes and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
