Job Description

Major Players is partnering with a boutique branding and production agency to recruit for a Business Development Manager/Sales Executive to lead their new business efforts in the UK market.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively build, manage, and grow a strong pipeline of new business opportunities within the UK market.
  • Identify and strategically connect with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Craft and deliver compelling pitches and presentations that clearly articulate the agency's services and value proposition.
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to contribute to and execute effective sales strategies and growth targets.
  • Provide regular and accurate reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts.
  • Work collaboratively with service delivery teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and successful delivery of client projects.

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of proven sales/business development experience within the digital marketing or branding sector.
  • Strong network of contacts within the UK digital advertising and marketing landscape.
  • Ability to set up and manage CRM systems and sales pipelines.
  • Exceptional communication, pitching, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and target-driven approach.
  • Experience working in or with startup environments is desirable.
