Job Description

Join The Perfume Shop as a Team Leader and play an integral role in supporting the Store Manager with the daily operational running of the store. Motivate and support a diverse team to deliver against key targets that drive the success of the store.

Responsibilities

Coach and mentor staff for success
Motivate the team to achieve and exceed targets
Support Store Manager with daily operations
Ensure smooth running of store in absence of Manager
Provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications

Experience leading a team or as a sales advisor
Passion for teamwork and success
Flexibility with work patterns
Ability to build relationships and mentor staff
