Job Description

Lead the delivery of the Learn to Swim programme across Leisure Centres, driving increased participation and promoting an active lifestyle.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and develop the Learn to Swim programme at each One Leisure site
Engage with Swim Teachers and customers to ensure excellent teaching is delivered
Recruit Swim Teachers for programme continuity and growth

Qualifications

Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
