Responsibilities

Provide 3rd-line IT support for local and remote staff
Lead and contribute to multiple IT projects, including support for VIP users
Offer mentorship and technical expertise to teammates
Collaborate with tech experts to troubleshoot and resolve recurring issues
Innovate and enhance hardware/software deployment processes
Influence technology strategies and policies towards a data-driven, user-focused environment

Qualifications

Good working experience in 3rd-level IT support
Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) certification
Experience with PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Power Automate/Power Apps
API integration expertise
Knowledge of Apple device management via Intune and ChromeOS management via Google
Strong communication skills
