Lineage Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager to supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team in Wisbech. The role involves ensuring transport schedules, productivity targets, KPIs, and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

Ensure transport schedules, productivity targets, KPIs, and quality standards are met
Strive for continuous improvement and challenge 'Status Quo'
Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties
Manage operational procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments
Track warehouse activities and reports
Assist with resolving employee concerns

Qualifications

Previous experience in warehouse management or supervisory role
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Clear communication skills in English
Ability to work night shifts
