Exciting opportunity for a Development Manager to join a busy residential-led master developer team in London. This role involves managing projects through the development process, supporting planning applications, and optimizing development sites.

Responsibilities

Appraising potential development sites
Managing pre-apps and planning applications
Undertaking due diligence and feasibility studies
Negotiating S106 agreements
Assisting with CPO and land procurement work
Attending meetings for Planning Committee and Consultations

Qualifications

Experience in consultancy, developer, public body, or housing association
Passion for regeneration and placemaking
Excellent communication and numerical skills
Team player
