Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and thoughtful customer service
  • Develop team capabilities through coaching and training
  • Ensure store safety, legality, and operational efficiency
  • Manage stock accuracy and diligence checks
  • Support store manager by deputising when necessary
  • Introduce new products and services, encourage feedback
  • Build relationships in the local community
