Job Description

Hackney Education is seeking a passionate Children & Family Hub Implementation Lead to mobilize the program, develop new projects, and measure success in line with the Family Hub Model Framework.

Responsibilities

Working directly with senior officers for relationship and stakeholder management
Leading and contributing to allocated project work
Supporting the efficient operation of Children & Family Hubs program and projects
Conducting research, data analysis, and briefing documents
Project managing implementation projects and program workstreams
Chairing meetings, briefings, and workshops
Complex data analysis and providing strategic advice

Qualifications

Experience in project planning, engagement, and service delivery
Ability to interpret and organize complex information
Understanding of delivering change and project management
PRINCE2, AGILE, or other project management qualifications preferred
