Set clear goals to achieve retail sales targets & KPIs in all categories, services, and appointments. Lead your team to deliver Mindful Beauty Services to all customers. Create events and animations on counter and in-store to drive sales. Develop your team through leadership, coaching, and educating. Maintain stock management and competitor awareness.
Retail Management experience. Experience in coaching and leading a team. Understanding of KPIs and able to drive these across a team/business. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work key trading hours.
