Join our team as a Client Service Representative for our Annual Reports Preparation & File team. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to provide solutions that enhance business operations.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with clients to understand their needs
Research, analyze, and process legal documents
Provide exceptional client service via phone or electronically
Manage client portfolios and organize workflow
Data entry and document retrieval
Identify process improvements

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience in business to business customer service
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
