Responsibilities

  • Receive, log, and post invoices and credit notes for payment.
  • Process purchase invoices and credit notes, match to purchase orders, and return invalid documents to suppliers when necessary.
  • Maintain multiple inboxes, monitor emails, and respond to AP inboxes.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders for timely approvals and additional information.
  • Reconcile supplier statements as directed by the AP Manager.
  • Assist with post opening and distribution.
  • Perform other accounts payable tasks as directed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable/Finance.
  • Must have SAP and Concur expenses systems experience.
