Job Description

Join Perkbox Vivup as an Implementation Executive to oversee the successful launch of reward and benefit platforms for clients.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
Conduct training sessions to familiarize clients with the product and implementation process.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns promptly.
Create and execute an implementation plan, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams.
Engage clients to drive a successful launch with maximum registration and usage.
Maintain and update CRM for data accuracy and compliance.
