Lead and manage all administrative operations within the Summerhouse Behaviour Support Service.
Support inclusive and trauma-informed provision by managing financial, data, and administrative systems.
Work closely with the Headteacher and senior team to provide insights and manage resources effectively.
GCSEs in English and Maths and/or NVQ Level 3 in Administration or equivalent.
Proven experience in office management, financial administration, and customer-focused service.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and experience with school MIS.
Sound understanding of GDPR, safeguarding, and financial compliance.
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
