Job Description

Join our team as a Highways Maintenance Supervisor responsible for leading and supervising kerbing, paving, drainage, and patching works in the Norwich and Norfolk area.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver programme of works
Arrange crews for work orders
Conduct site inspections and report safety observations
Set and review targets for teams
Achieve Company and Contractual KPIs
Ensure Health & Safety standards are met

Qualifications

NRSWA Supervisor card
Experience in construction and highways maintenance
Valid UK full manual car driving licence
